Tetra Surveys, LLC is a minority owned firm certified by the State of Texas Comptroller’s Office as a Historically Under-Utilized Business (HUB - #1203097694300). In addition to ownership, several of the key players in the Survey division are of minority status including the Chief Financial Officer and the head of the production management team.

As a HUB Certified Professional Land Surveying Company licensed by the State of Texas, Tetra Surveys is experienced in working with the Construction Manager-at-Risk project delivery method. General and Prime Contractors have found that Tetra Surveys provides realistic and accurate risk analysis, project timeframes and accurate cost projections. Tetra’s team of professionals use a variety of communication media, including email, mobile phone, text messaging, mail and personal meetings to assure a timely flow of communication between parties.

In instances where the customer is committed to a Guaranteed Maximum Price, Tetra searches for ways to deliver the project either at or under the GMP. Tetra Surveys utilizes a Project Estimate Spreadsheet when quoting or bidding. The Project Estimate Spreadsheet breaks down each part of the project by type and division and multiplies each by their respective man-hours or equipment-hours, giving the Maximum Amount for survey services.

The amount quoted is the Maximum amount for services ordered. The amount will not change provided the work order does not change.
